Stress and anxiety astrology
Have YOU ever heard of stress!? This fast paced society has lead our way of life to a life full of stress and anxiety which ultimately can lead to depression. The Brahma Samhita says, we are eternal beings, full of knowledge, and bliss, "sac-cid-ananda." Isn’t this what we all strive for? Life in this material world being completely the opposite, short lived, ignorant, and unhappy, causes us all to suffer from one degree or another. Through astrology I can help unlock some of the underlying problems in your life that may be causing you stress.
In the Bhagavat Gita 2.14, Krishna says, "O son of Kunti, the nonpermanent appearance of happiness and distress, and their disappearance in due course, are like the appearance and disappearance of winter and summer seasons. They arise from sense perception, O scion of Bharata, and one must learn to tolerate them without being disturbed."
This is exactly correct; life in the material world comes with its cycles of happiness and distress, just as the seasons of summer and winter. As we progress through spiritual life we learn to tolerate these difficulties as they come our way. Until we get to that place in our life in which we can transcend the modes of material nature, we can try to understand our particular path of life through an astrological reading. Srila Prabhupada, describes life as “danger at every step.” It is no surprise that we are full of great anxiety and fear in this world. Astrology can help unlock a clearer view of your future and allow you to see how your karma is manifesting in your life. Your chart can show that life is not as unpredictable as we may believe. Our previous karma has determined who we are today and what our future beholds. Your astrological chart can unfold this destiny you have created. Of course, this does not account for the fact that we have minute free will to be able to change destiny even within this lifetime. When we approach life from the perspective of the vedas and the light of astrology, we obtain a great calmness by having a sense of knowing the unknown. We begin to understand that in each of our lives a plan is unfolding that we may not clearly understand. A plan that requires patience and tolerance; a plan that will open up the beautiful potential in each of our lives.
